Nestled in the rolling foothills of historic Redlands, overlooking breathtaking San Timoteo Canyon, the neighborhood of Cordillera offered homebuyers a distinctive collection of exquisite estate homes designed to capture one’s imagination...and heart. Our custom-caliber approach to home design gave families the flexibility to choose from four thoughtfully planned one- and two-story estate homes. Each residence offered many unique room arrangements, up to six bedrooms, and lavish master suites, all resting on large lots ranging from three-quarters of an acre to eleven acres.
The architecture of Cordillera was influenced by Early California, Spanish, Craftsman, and Italian styles, and provided a flair for the dramatic with expansive entry courtyards, and motorcourts. An elevated level of excellence in interior detailing and amenity selection was also readily apparent, with unique extras such as traditional butler pantries, private decks, French doors, maid's quarters, and other luxury appointments.
