Classic Pacific

Genuine. Authentic. Classic.

Step One - Getting Started

Prior to Purchasing: Lender Pre-Qualification

It is an important requirement that both you and Classic Pacific know you are capable of obtaining a loan for your new home before proceeding with the transaction.

You will need to set up an appointment with a mortgage lender. After reviewing your “financing and fico scores” sheet (you will receive this paper at your lending office) a determination can be made as to your qualifications.

Opening Escrow

By this time you have decided what home you like and the lot you want. You will meet with Classic Pacific’s sales agents, sign the purchase agreement, escrow instructions and other paperwork, make your deposit and discuss the building process. The sales agents will answer any questions you may have. You will also select any structural options you would like to be included in your home at this time and make a deposit for the options.

Customizing Your Home

Within seven days after you have signed your Purchase Agreement you will need to make appointments with the options and appliance specialists. The appointments will actually take place approximately 30 days after signing your Purchase Agreement.

Meeting With an Options Specialist

Here you will customize your home to fit your lifestyle and personality. There will be a variety of cabinets, countertops, plumbing, hardware, light fixtures, flooring and window treatments to choose from to customize your home. The home comes with standard amenities, so upgrading is your option and not required. A 100% deposit will be required on all options. Financing the deposit by including it in your mortgage loan is available.

Meeting With an Appliance Specialist

You will select your appliances. You may choose the standard appliances offered by Classic Pacific or opt to upgrade. A deposit is not required, and you may include your appliances into your loan.
