Genuine. Authentic. Classic.
There’s one thing that Classic Pacific homeowners have in common: a shared experience that is worth talking about. Over the years, these families have taken the time to share some of their individual stories with us. The following are just a couple of those special moments and situations that make us feel like we’ve created a “classic experience” for our homeowners.
Story: Making the switch from custom to Classic Pacific
Community: Cordillera, Redlands
Family: Gregg and Dena Schneider
"Gregg and I have lived in Cordillera for a year now, and the neighborhood is so enjoyable and our neighbors are great! It’s a very old-fashioned, friendly place to live," commented Dena Schneider. "We had originally planned on building a custom home, but once we visited Cordillera, we knew we’d be getting much more for our money as well as a home that feels custom."
"From the moment we first visited Cordillera to when we received the keys and even afterwards, everyone with Classic Pacific was outstanding," added Gregg Schneider. "We couldn’t be happier."
Story: Enjoying the great escape
Community: Cordillera, Redlands
Family: Brian and Sherry Walsh
"We absolutely love it here," noted Sherry Walsh. "The secluded canyon setting of the neighborhood makes it feel as though we’re out in the middle of the country, yet right around the corner we have all the conveniences of the city. You could say we have the best of both worlds."
Story: Getting bigger without going broke
Community: Chaparral Ridge, Perris
Family: Russ and Michelle Penor
Like many young couples on a limited budget, the Penor’s first home was small...only 1,100 square feet. But Chaparral Ridge made it possible for them to purchase a home nearly twice as large and own it free and clear.
"By combining the equity we had in our first home with Chaparral Ridge’s low prices, we were able to almost double our living space without having to make mortgage payments," Russ explained.
That good fortune even had an added benefit that the Penors didn’t initially foresee. When they purchased their home at Chaparral Ridge just over a year ago, they didn’t know that the extra space would come in especially handy with the birth of their daughter Emily, who is now four months old. "It’s a great home for starting a family," Michelle said. "It’s a wonderfully open floorplan that gives us plenty of room to grow."
"We can’t get over the feeling of spaciousness," Michelle stated. "We even have a walk-in pantry, an extra-large laundry room, and his-and-hers walk-in closets in the master suite." Chaparral Ridge also appealed to the Penors because of its friendly ambiance. "There’s a real bond among everyone here," Russ observed. "We’re all very excited to be living in such a great community, and we know it will be a wonderful place to raise a family."
Story: Trading up as the family grows
Community: Monument Ranch, Perris
Family: Adam Padilla
When Adam Padilla purchased his home at The Trails at Monument Ranch in Perris, he didn’t know that he was going to have to make room for a new wife, four teenage boys, and a newborn baby girl. But his marriage to Mindie made all that necessary, and The Trails’ sister neighborhood, The Promontory at Monument Ranch, made it possible with its extra-spacious floorplans.
Both The Trails and The Promontory reflect the homebuilding excellence of Classic Pacific, and that meant a lot to Adam. "Based on my first experience, I know that they build exceptional homes," Adam explained. "So when we needed additional space, the only place we considered was The Promontory, and we weren’t disappointed. The kitchen is fabulous, and the upgrades are incredible. We were amazed at how many features came standard in homes that are so reasonably priced."
The Padillas were also impressed by Ken and Norma, the sales team at The Promontory. "They made the entire process go very smoothly," Adam stated. "They helped us select the floorplan that fit our family’s needs perfectly, and Sea Breeze Mortgage was very helpful in explaining all the financing options and securing the best program for us."
